These are the results of 5 months of (mostly) clean eating, boxing classes at Title 4-5 times a week and weight lifting at the Y 3-4 times a week.
I became so obsessed with the numbers on the scale that I made my husband hide it from me because it was making me miserable. I'm trying really hard to just go by how my clothes fit and what I see in the mirror.
Not bad for a Mom of twins pushing 40....
